You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products, used items, and items marked as final sale.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at janoscihelp@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
